spicy chicken

I put this in the crockpot on Sunday morning before church and when we got home, we walked into a house smelling of yummy lunch.  It's so nice not to have to think about lunch on Sundays.

boneless skinless chicken breasts
pace picante sauce (we used medium)

Cook it on low for 6-8 hours, shred the chicken after it's been in awhile, and then it's done!  Since we just used 2 chicken breasts, we only had to put in about 8 oz. of picante and cook for about 5 hours. 

We put the chicken in flour tortillas along with sour cream, cheese, lettuce, and avocado.  2 chicken breasts made 8 tortillas full so it lasted us 2 lunches.  Even if you had to buy everything for this meal, it'd probably be close to $10-$15.  Very easy and very tasty. :)
