6 month old schedule

Prior to 6 months, Duke was eating 6 times a day due to issues with gaining weight.  It influenced a lot of other factors in our day but the main one was sleep.  He wasn't getting the amount of sleep that I knew he could because we were trying to fit in 6 feedings.  Here's what we were doing:

8:30 Feed
Waketime
Nap

11:30 Feed
Waketime
Nap

2:30 Feed
Waketime
Nap

5:30 Feed
Waketime
Nap (optional)

8:00 Feed
Waketime

10:00 Feed
Waketime
Bedtime

With this schedule, his first two naps were 1.5 hours and his 3rd was anywhere from 45 minutes-1.5 hours.  The 4th nap was optional based on his fussiness.  Waketime was consistently 1.5 hours.  Bedtime was around 11:15 so he was getting 9 (or a little more) hours of sleep.

Now, after a successful 6 month checkup we're going back to eating 5 times a day.  Thank goodness!  So, I thought I'd post his current schedule along with what he's eating at each mealtime.

8:30 Feed (nurse then fruit and cereal)
Waketime
Nap

12:00 Feed (nurse then fruit and veggie)
Waketime
Nap

3:15 Feed (nurse)
Waketime
Nap

6:15 Feed (nurse then fruit, veggie, and cereal)
Waketime

9:15 Feed (nurse)
Bedtime

As you can see, the 3 main meal times are the ones supplemented with baby food.  His morning nap is 2 hours, his afternoon nap is 1.5-2 hours, and his last nap is 45 minutes-1.5 hours.  Soon, he'll completely drop that 3rd nap, leaving only morning and afternoon naps.  Bedtime is around 10:15, allowing him to sleep at least 10 hours.

My next goal is to move his morning feeding back to 8:00, where it originally was when Duke was 2 months.  This means I need to pull myself out of bed to go get him.  I know ... those of you that get up at 6:00 every morning think this is ridiculous.  I get it.  My pre-baby self would have rolled my eyes too.

And now I'm curious ... what time do you get up every morning?
