#11: yesterday

This Christmas memory is from yesterday. :) After a really crazy week, Colt said we should go on a date. Dinner was wherever I wanted it to be. Naturally, I picked Yamato. We had a wonderful dinner followed by a little browsing at a bookstore and then we came home.

I really wanted to enjoy a fire, but it was definitely time to go to bed. I was exhausted and had to turn around and wake up for a full day of musical auditions at school. I didn't want to stay up any later. So, to solve this dilemma of both needing to sleep and wanting a fire, we decided to sleep in the living room with a fire crackling, watching/falling asleep to "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days."

Girly and cheesy? Yes ... and I loved it. It was a simple and perfect night.
