Ah, the words we all wished for. Of course, PC Schools never, and still don't, let anyone know they're closing until the morning of. Because of this, we had a little routine for these days. We'd set our alarms as usual and if we didn't have school, my dad would come in and turn our alarms off. Usually, I would wake up and he would whisper, "School is closed, you don't have to get up."
Ohhh, isn't that one of the best feelings in the world??? Honestly, it has to be. Realizing that you get to lay in your warm bed while snow/freezing rain is falling and you get to play all day is some of the best news.
I used to think that school cancellations were only awesome for students and that teachers probably didn't care. Now, I know the truth. :)
