BFBN: being in tune to personality types within the family

It's Babywise Friendly Blog Network week.  Each day, one of us will be writing on the same topic.  This week, our topic is Personalities.

Today, Elaine has written about being in tune with the different personality types within your family.  She talks about a particularly chaotic time when they were trying to decide on the kids' schedules soon after adopting their 3rd child.  She and her husband finally came to a realization:

"We basically had one child who felt like a prisoner in her own home and another child being sent away from home three times a week who would have loved to just stay home. We had everything backwards." - Elaine
