12 month old schedule

Right up until 12 months, this was our schedule:

8:15  Feed (nurse or bottle, breakfast)
Waketime
Nap

12:00  Feed (nurse or bottle, lunch)
Waketime
Nap

4:00  Feed (nurse or bottle)
Waketime

6:30  Feed (nurse or bottle, dinner)
Waketime

8:30  Feed (nurse or bottle)
Bedtime

Going from nursing to bottles gradually happened over the course of several weeks.  (See my posts on weaning here and here.)

Since Duke turned 12 months, this has been our schedule:

8:15  Feed (breakfast)
Waketime
Nap

12:00  Feed (lunch)
Waketime
Nap

4:00  Feed (snack)
Waketime

6:00  Feed (dinner)
Waketime

8:00  Feed (snack)
Bedtime

Not much has changed as far as times are concerned.  The biggest change is the introduction of whole milk in a sippy cup.  In general, Duke eats 3 meals with 2 small snacks.  For the most part, Duke can eat what we eat, which is so nice!

Naps went through a bit of a wonky period for a few weeks.  They were suddenly closer to 1.5 hours each, maybe 2 hours if we were lucky.  But now they're back in the normal 1.5-2.5 hour range for both naps.  Bedtime is around 8:15-8:30 and he gets 11.5-12 hours of sleep each night.

We don't really live in "waketime" anymore.  It's more of just following Duke's cues to know when he's ready for a nap.  But the normal waketime for him would be 2 hours.  Occasionally, he will act extremely ready for a nap after 1.5 hours and I'll go ahead and put him down.  If we're out and need to push nap time, he's been up a little longer than 2 hours.

In summary, I am loving the one year old stage. :)
